Well, I finally updated... computer is still not right, but for the time being it can read my photo card and I can add-update here.. though don't know what my next plan is with the computer, if its return time, or speak with the phone people again (already did that for over 5 hours) or just deal with its craziness.. I don't know.. So here we are now Wed and school got out early, and I'm still watching another young boy, hes a sweety, only 3 years old.. gotta make gas $$ and extra $$ to pay bills, still looking for that perfect job?? Daryll now has gotten calls from 3 places, he interviewed and got the spot at www.hardrockpark.com WOW!! starts April 1st in a souveneir sales spot inside the park, were hoping to get discount tickets!! and get the call from Walmart working midnights (the job I was hoping to get) he turned down (we decided midnioghts and college won't be good together) and well so hes working parttime at a local seafood restaurant.. we'll see how that goes till April.. I aslo applied at Hard Rock but no luck... don't know whats God has planned for me still stuck in the empty nest of kids going to school and what should I do now syndrome. Daryll pretty much does his schoolwork on his own and well this babysitting isn't paying the bills... Juans had no roofs to work since Nov and well hes findinf odd jobs here and there but its been a rough couple of months with no go signs in sight, yet in everything I give thanks, we are all learning from our having to give up the "special" things we get so accustomed to. Anyways so thats my sob story today.. going to church for dinner, we have Wed night dinners, 1st Wed every month I cook (with help from 2 others) and had over 100 last week! uggh just relieved I have 3 more weeks till I have to do it again.. Also still "in charge" of the youth and all its going on's.. see my last post with the blog info.. our church website is www.hiscalvary.com click youth, and you can see our blog also.. TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!!
Here they all are, all eleven of them!! She invited 14 girls, luckily they couldn't all come.. no actually all went well, easy and they basically entertained themselves!! We had some games, pin the microphone on Hannah Montana, toss the glow in the dark ball (in the dark outside), Sing it PS2 game, a major fun marshmallow cookin bonfire, mattress sliding down the stairs, bounce house bouncin, trampoline bouncing, pancakes and bacon breakfast, and crazy non-stop yellin and girl screeching!! Wow what a night!!
Well we had company here this past week and boy did we have fun, and not.. got really sick with the flu right after Daryll and I went withour youth group to Myrtle beach out all night fun 8pm-8am.(check out our blog, trying to keep up with that one too, since youth have been beggin for my photos.... calvaryyouth.vox.com ). came home went to bed, slept 4 hours than back up and going, spent the night at an indoor waterpark/hotel in Myrtle Beach, we stayed there to visit with my cousins from Fayetteville.. and well Daryll was up all night throwing up and well I didn't sleep at all either.. still gettting over our cold a week later.. uggh, Everyone got it of course, in their own way.. but we enjoyed the visit with my dad, we went on the Ferry.. feed the seagulls, aquarium, ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Holden Beach.. found a dead shark and hundreds of sand dollar pieces, and 3 whole ones!
